Few words about us

Situated within Salamanca Inn, the restaurant formerly known as the Beef & Seafood Grill has received a new and exciting fit-out. The refurbishment is inspired by the families Danish heritage reflecting a Scandinavian and European design. The restaurant name also with family meaning, Birdsong, is translated from their family name Fuglsang.

Our style of food is keeping with Australian Cuisine, focusing on Tasmanian produce.
